- “Gastei 84 reais no mercado hoje, no débito.”
- “Compra a lista do mercado e me manda o Pix.” Usar este exemplo →
- “Compra 6 Stella Artois no Zé Delivery.”
- “Quais lojas entregam no meu endereço?” Usar este exemplo →
- “Quando chega o meu pedido?” Usar este exemplo →
Agenda
CesarMail
- “Me avisa três dias antes do vencimento das minhas contas.”
Viagens
- “Esses preços do roteiro ainda valem? Atualiza.”
- “Fiz a revisão hoje: troquei óleo e filtros, 92 mil km, R$900.”
- “Mede meus batimentos.” Usar este exemplo →
- “Como está meu coração essa semana?” Usar este exemplo →
- “Quero voltar a correr, sou iniciante, 3 vezes por semana.” Usar este exemplo →
- “Qual é meu treino de hoje?” Usar este exemplo →
- “Fiz o treino de hoje.” Usar este exemplo →
- “Me lembra de medir todo dia às 8h.” Usar este exemplo →
- “Pesei 82,4 kg hoje.” Usar este exemplo →
- “Almocei arroz, feijão, frango grelhado e salada.” Usar este exemplo →
- “Guarda meus exames (mande o PDF do laudo).”
A origem nunca é apagada.
Contas exatas
Planilhas, documentos, slides e PDF
Contatos
- “Guarda minha CNH. [anexe a foto]” Usar este exemplo →
- “Quais documentos meus você tem guardados?” Usar este exemplo →
- “Qual é o número do meu passaporte?”
Habilidades
- “Revisa as finanças do meu negócio e me diz onde estou apertado.” Usar este exemplo →
Apps
- “Quero a lista à esquerda e a ficha do registro selecionado à direita.”
- “A partir de agora, me responde sempre curto e direto.”
Contas conectadas
Atendimento
- “Publica a página nova e me manda o endereço.” Usar este exemplo →
- “Quantas visitas a página teve no mês?” Usar este exemplo →
Publicar, arquivar e excluir é de quem administra a empresa.
Ferramentas
- “Qual o status do pedido 4821 no ERP?”
- “Consulta o estoque do produto SKU-778.”
- “Cancela a nota 42: o valor saiu errado.”
USAGE GUIDE
What you can ask César
Each card shows one of César's fronts with real requests. Tap an example: it arrives filled in on the conversation and you adjust it before sending — or write it your own way.
Money
Tell him what you spent — by text, voice or a photo of the receipt — and ask where the money went. César records, categorizes and answers.
- “I spent 84 dollars at the grocery store today, on debit.” Use this example →
- “How much did I spend on delivery this month?” Use this example →
- “Create a 600 a month budget for restaurants.” Use this example →
- “Generate a payment code so Pedro can pay me back 120.” Use this example →
- “Which bills are due this week?” Use this example →
- “How is the S&P 500 doing right now?” Use this example →
Shopping lists
Say what you need and César builds the list, finds each product, compares the price of the whole basket across stores and places the order for you — groceries, pharmacy, pet shop and home. At the end he hands you the Pix code to pay and keeps the receipt, with delivery time and shipping.
- “Create a grocery list: 5 kg of rice, beans, milk and coffee.” Use this example →
- “Which store is cheapest for this list?” Use this example →
- “Buy the grocery list and send me the Pix code.” Use this example →
- “Buy 6 Stella Artois on Zé Delivery.” Use this example →
- “How much is ibuprofen across the pharmacies?” Use this example →
- “We are out of dog food, add the same one as last time to the list.” Use this example →
- “Which stores deliver to my address?” Use this example →
- “When does my order arrive?” Use this example →
Calendar
One sentence becomes an appointment, with reminders and guests. César also finds free slots and reorganizes your week.
Phone calls
César places real phone calls on your behalf — cancel an appointment, confirm a reservation, ask for information. You review the plan, approve, and the outcome comes back to chat with a summary and transcript. When negotiating times, he checks your calendar and only accepts free slots.
Your own phone number
A Brazilian number of your own, run by César: the calls and WhatsApp messages he makes on your behalf go out from that number, and the reply comes back to your chat. He gets and activates it by himself — you never type a code.
- “I want a phone number of my own.” Use this example →
- “What is my number and what is its status?” Use this example →
- “Call the salon from my number and book a haircut for Saturday.” Use this example →
- “Set this photo as the WhatsApp profile picture of my number. [attach the photo]” Use this example →
Has a monthly fee charged in credits, and the supply of available numbers is limited.
César summarizes what arrived, flags what needs a reply and leaves the draft ready — you just approve before it goes out. And he alerts you when something important arrives, instead of alerting you about everything.
- “Summarize the emails that arrived today.” Use this example →
- “Reply to the realtor's email saying I accept the offer.” Use this example →
- “Find the email with the fridge invoice.” Use this example →
- “Alert me right away when an important email arrives.” Use this example →
Requires Gmail, Outlook or Zoho Mail connected — or CesarMail activated.
CesarMail
An email address of your own ([email protected]), run by César. Forward tickets, bills and reservations, or use it for site sign-ups: a ticket becomes a calendar event, a bill becomes a payment due, a tracking code becomes a parcel — and you read, reply and send from the chat.
- “Activate my CesarMail.” Use this example →
- “What emails arrived in my CesarMail today?” Use this example →
- “Reply to that email saying I confirm my attendance.” Use this example →
- “Send an email to my accountant with the invoice attached. [attach the file]” Use this example →
Starts switched off: you activate it whenever you want, and the address is yours forever.
Tasks
Lists, deadlines and subtasks without opening another app: you say it, César writes it down and follows up on time.
Reminders and scheduled tasks
From a simple reminder to a repeating routine: César watches deadlines, prices and news and comes tell you — in the app, on WhatsApp or on Telegram.
- “Remind me to take my medicine at 10pm.” Use this example →
- “Every Monday morning, send me a summary of tech news.” Use this example →
- “Warn me three days before my bills are due.” Use this example →
- “Every day at 7am, send me a summary of my day: calendar, bills and weather.” Use this example →
- “Remember that my wedding anniversary is May 12.” Use this example →
Travel
César builds the whole trip from very little — and you change it by talking. Airfare, lodging, car, activities and flight status, with real prices, the transfer between one place and the next, and the link for you to buy.
- “Build me a 10-day trip to Portugal in October, out of Boston, around 6 thousand for two.” Use this example →
- “I want to travel in September but I do not know where. A quiet beach, up to 3 thousand, no visa.” Use this example →
- “Make that itinerary cheaper, even if it takes longer to get there.” Use this example →
- “I want that hotel, leave it alone. Just change the flight home.” Use this example →
- “Drop the Sunday tour and put a free day there.” Use this example →
- “Can I walk from the hotel to the museum?” Use this example →
- “Are those itinerary prices still good? Refresh them.” Use this example →
- “Find other options for the second night's lodging only.” Use this example →
- “Find a flight from New York to Miami on the 12th, back on the 19th.” Use this example →
- “Where can I fly cheap out of New York? I'm thinking beaches.” Use this example →
- “A well-rated hotel in Austin for the holiday, up to 200 a night.” Use this example →
- “Find a place for a weekend in October in Austin, 2 adults and 2 kids.” Use this example →
- “Compare hotels, Booking and Airbnb in Austin for four people this weekend.” Use this example →
- “Does that hotel take pets? Is breakfast included?” Use this example →
- “How much is a rental car in Denver for those dates?” Use this example →
- “What concerts and events are on in Lisbon on those dates?” Use this example →
- “Is tomorrow's flight AA1204 on time?” Use this example →
Missions
Long work with a deliverable, done while you sleep: César plans, produces, critiques his own result with a second model and redoes it until it is good — and delivers in the chat at the time you asked.
- “Mission: research AI agents in healthcare and hand me a 15-slide presentation by 7am.” Use this example →
- “While I sleep, build a spreadsheet of 40 packaging suppliers in town: price, lead time and contact.” Use this example →
- “Mission: compare the 5 best health plans for my family and hand me a report with a recommendation.” Use this example →
- “How is the mission going?” Use this example →
- “Focus only on the Brazilian market.” Use this example →
- “Stop the mission and hand me what you have.” Use this example →
Job openings
Ask for the role, the place and the work mode and César brings the open postings — company, city, remote or on-site and the link to apply. Follow a search and he tells you when a new posting opens.
- “Any remote .NET developer openings?” Use this example →
- “Financial analyst jobs in Belo Horizonte.” Use this example →
- “Only the hybrid ones in São Paulo, mid-level.” Use this example →
- “Tell me when a senior product manager job opens.” Use this example →
- “Stop notifying me about financial analyst jobs.” Use this example →
Event tickets
Send a Sympla event link and César shows the tickets and prices, builds the order in your name and hands you the Pix to pay. A free event becomes a registration, with no payment.
Parcels
César finds the tracking code in your email on his own, follows the carrier and alerts you when it is out for delivery.
Vehicles
Register your car and César watches IPVA and licensing: he tells you what is left to pay, with the slip ready as Pix or barcode.
- “Is my car's paperwork in order?” Use this example →
- “Register my car: the details are on the registration document.” Use this example →
- “How much is the road tax and when is it due?” Use this example →
- “I serviced the car today: oil and filters, 57k miles, $180.” Use this example →
- “When is my car's next service due?” Use this example →
- “Has this car ever been in an auction or an accident?” Use this example →
Health
Point the front camera at your face for 30 seconds and César estimates heart rate and breathing right there, without the video leaving your device — then compares it with your usual. With Strava connected he sees your workouts, and can build a weekly training plan and track what got done. Tell him your weight and what you ate and he tracks the trend and your energy expenditure. A wellness estimate, not a medical exam.
- “Measure my heart rate.” Use this example →
- “How has my heart been this week?” Use this example →
- “I want to get back to running, beginner, 3 times a week.” Use this example →
- “What's my workout today?” Use this example →
- “I did today's workout.” Use this example →
- “Remind me to measure every day at 8am.” Use this example →
- “I weighed 181.6 lb today.” Use this example →
- “For lunch I had rice, beans, grilled chicken and salad.” Use this example →
- “Save my lab results (attach the report PDF).” Use this example →
- “How is my cholesterol doing?” Use this example →
Prices and wishlist
Compare a product's price across stores — and leave César watching until it drops.
Places and routes
A well-rated restaurant near you, the way there and what the reviews actually say — not just the stars.
Weather
The weather where you are joins the conversation on its own; for another city or the rest of the day, just ask.
Web search
Anything that changed after yesterday, César searches the web on the spot — reads pages, finds videos and answers citing sources.
News
Recent headlines on any topic, with outlet, publication time and link — dated, not a timeless roundup.
History
César remembers your conversations: ask about what was already agreed and he brings it back, without you repeating everything.
Activity
Everything that happens in your account is recorded: what you did and what César did for you. Ask in the chat or open the list in your account menu → Activity.
Move files between places
Say from where and to where. César finds the file by the name you use — in Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, your computer or here in the chat — and takes it to the other side. The original is never deleted.
Video and photo
Ask for a brand-new image or send a photo and say what to change; with videos, trim, convert, resize, extract the audio, make a GIF. The result comes back in the conversation.
Charts from your data
Ask for a chart of expenses, lab results, workouts or a spreadsheet you sent — it appears in the conversation, with the table, alt text and a PNG to share.
- “Chart my expenses by category over the last 3 months.” Use this example →
- “Show my cholesterol trend as a line.” Use this example →
- “Put August's expenses in a pie.” Use this example →
- “Compare sales by store from this spreadsheet.” Use this example →
- “How much did I spend this month? Show it as a headline figure.” Use this example →
- “Switch that chart to bars.” Use this example →
Exact math
Ask for any calculation — a percentage, the sum of a list, an instalment, an average, interest — and the number comes back computed on the server, with the steps to check it. Also works over expenses, orders and spreadsheets César has already read.
- “What is 12% of 3,450?” Use this example →
- “Add these up for me: 120.50, 89.90, 45, 230 and 12.75.” Use this example →
- “How much is 1,500 at 1.2% a month over 12 months?” Use this example →
- “Of my August expenses, how much was restaurants and what share of the total?” Use this example →
- “What is my average of workouts per week?” Use this example →
A program over your data
When a calculation or a fixed recipe is not enough, César writes a Python or JavaScript program, runs it in an isolated box and returns the result and the generated files. Works over spreadsheets, PDFs, CSVs and over what other modules already read.
- “Join clientes.xlsx with pedidos.csv and tell me who bought in both.” Use this example →
- “Extract every table from this PDF into a single spreadsheet.” Use this example →
- “Build a scatter chart with a trend line from this CSV.” Use this example →
- “Simulate 10,000 scenarios of this portfolio with 8% mean return and 15% deviation.” Use this example →
Spreadsheets, documents, slides and PDF
Ask for a spreadsheet, a document or a slide deck with whatever you need inside, convert files, merge or split PDF pages, or ask what a contract says — the file comes back in the chat with a download button.
- “Make a spreadsheet of my August expenses: groceries 450, power 180, internet 120.” Use this example →
- “Make an 8-slide presentation about the quarter's results.” Use this example →
- “Merge these three PDFs into one.” Use this example →
- “Convert this spreadsheet to PDF.” Use this example →
- “Summarize this contract I sent.” Use this example →
- “What do the expenses in this spreadsheet I sent add up to?” Use this example →
- “Export my August expenses to a spreadsheet.” Use this example →
Social media
Public Instagram, TikTok and X profiles by @handle, post comments and videos by pasted link, fake-account signals — and posting on X, Instagram and TikTok from your account.
- “Look at the @handle profile on Instagram for me.” Use this example →
- “What did @nasa post on X this week?” Use this example →
- “Does this profile that messaged me look fake?” Use this example →
- “What are that TikTok profile's latest videos?” Use this example →
- “What are people saying in the comments of this post? [paste the link]” Use this example →
- “Summarize what he says in this TikTok video. [paste the link]” Use this example →
- “Watch @nasa for me and tell me when they post something new.” Use this example →
- “Watch @handle on X and tell me when they post.” Use this example →
- “Post on X: today we launched César's new finance panel.” Use this example →
- “Turn this text into a thread and publish it on X. [paste the text]” Use this example →
- “Post this photo on Instagram with the caption: new finance panel is live. [attach the photo]” Use this example →
- “Post this video on TikTok, public, with the title: behind the scenes at César. [attach the video]” Use this example →
Notes and memory
'Note that…' saves it; asking brings it back. The gate code, the client's preference, the wine you liked.
Contacts
Save a person, find a phone number, organize groups — and tag relationships: with a tag, "tell my girlfriend" needs no name.
Cloud files
César finds, reads and shares files in your Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox — and answers questions about their content.
WhatsApp and Telegram
Talk to César on WhatsApp like any other contact — and get alerts and reminders on Telegram, without opening the app.
Cards and documents
Save them once and César fills them in for you: your ID, driver's license and passport go into sign-ups and purchases without retyping, and your card sits in a vault, encrypted while still on your device — used only at the checkout of a purchase you authorized.
- “Save my driver's license. [attach the photo]” Use this example →
- “Which of my documents do you have saved?” Use this example →
- “What is my passport number?” Use this example →
- “I want to add a card.” Use this example →
- “Which cards do I have saved?” Use this example →
Cards are added only on the Cards screen: the number never goes through the conversation.
Rides
Say where you're going and César gets the ride ready in Uber or 99 — destination filled in, you just confirm in the app.
Your computer
You install an agent on your PC, connect it with a code, and César looks at your files, runs commands and can even use the screen with mouse and keyboard to finish a task — read-only by default, with every change passing through your approval.
- “Connect my computer.” Use this example →
- “Which of my computers are online?” Use this example →
- “List the files on my desktop.” Use this example →
- “Take a screenshot of my screen.” Use this example →
- “Open the accounting app on my PC and download the August report.” Use this example →
- “How is the task on my computer going?” Use this example →
Skills
César puts on the right expert by himself: send a contract and legal mode steps in; ask for a hard text and writing takes over. The pill in the conversation shows the active mode — and in your profile you can switch any of them off.
- “Review this lease and tell me what is unusual before I sign.” Use this example →
- “Help me write a delicate e-mail turning down an offer.” Use this example →
- “Build a 4-week study plan for my certification exam.” Use this example →
- “Organize my week: these are the 12 things I need to deliver.” Use this example →
- “Review my business finances and tell me where I am stretched.” Use this example →
Apps
Describe what you want to track — clients, rentals, orders — and César builds a custom app: screens, dashboards and automations. You can put it all on one screen: a client's details with their numbers beside them and their records in tabs. The app's buttons use the rest of César — generate PDFs, send WhatsApp and email, post to your finances — always asking for confirmation first. Once published, it shows in the Dashboard menu and answers in chat like any module.
- “Build an app to track my rental units.” Use this example →
- “Add a button that generates the quote PDF and sends it to the client on WhatsApp.” Use this example →
- “When an order becomes shipped, lock the record and leave only a Reopen button.” Use this example →
- “Flag overdue rentals in red and give me a quick filter for them.” Use this example →
- “Make a client screen with their details, the total spent and their rentals in a tab.” Use this example →
- “I want the list on the left and the selected record's details on the right.” Use this example →
- “Warn me when an order goes 3 days without a reply.” Use this example →
Web pages
Say what you do and César writes and publishes your page at pages.usecesar.com — text, photos, colours and a form, all by talking, with the preview beside you. If the form needs somewhere to land, he creates the app alongside it (after asking). It can take orders, show your app's catalogue, switch between ready-made styles and tell you how many people visited.
- “Make a page for my bakery with orders over WhatsApp.” Use this example →
- “Publish our wedding page with the gift list and the map.” Use this example →
- “Add a quote form that lands in my clients app.” Use this example →
- “I want to take sign-ups — create the app along with the page.” Use this example →
- “Show me three design variations of this page.” Use this example →
- “How many people visited my page this week, and where did they come from?” Use this example →
- “Change the page colour to green and put the cake photo at the top.” Use this example →
Your way
Say it once and César keeps it: the tone, what to call you, what to avoid — and the hours he may send you alerts.
- “From now on, always answer me short and to the point.” Use this example →
- “Don't send me alerts before 9am or after 10pm.” Use this example →
- “What do you remember about how I like things?” Use this example →
- “Forget that preference about meeting times.” Use this example →
- “Forget everything we talked about, let's start over.” Use this example →
Connected accounts
Connect, check and disconnect your accounts from the conversation. Passwords and keys never go through the chat: César sends a secure link.
Support
Stuck on something? Open a ticket without leaving the conversation, follow the answer and reply from here.
Credits and plan
Balance, packages, top-up and plan subscription without leaving the conversation — and César warns you on his own when the balance runs low.
CESAR FOR COMPANIES
For your company
A separate space, with your team: the attendant on the company WhatsApp, orders and charges, what left the account, spreadsheets and contracts answering in plain language, and the record of who did what.
These examples work inside the company space. Open or create the company
Customer service
César's attendant answers customers on the company's WhatsApp. You follow along, adjust the tone and take over the conversation whenever you want.
- “How is customer service going today?” Use this example →
- “Which conversations are waiting for a reply?” Use this example →
- “Hand me the conversation with Maria.” Use this example →
- “Make the attendant more formal, no emoji.” Use this example →
- “Outside business hours, say we reply the next day.” Use this example →
Requires the company's WhatsApp connected under Customer service.
Orders and charges
Build the order with items, send the payment link (Pix, card or boleto), charge on the spot, refund and follow payment (and why it failed) — from the chat, the attendant or the Orders screen.
- “João wants 2 shirts at 50 each. Build the order and send the link.” Use this example →
- “Charge Maria 200 by Pix.” Use this example →
- “Has João's order been paid?” Use this example →
- “How much did we sell this week?” Use this example →
- “Why did order PED-7K3M2Q fail?” Use this example →
- “Refund Ana's payment.” Use this example →
Payments
What left the company account — transfers, Pix sent, purchases and subscriptions — with the platform of each. Read-only: César moves nothing here.
Treasury
The company account inside César: open it from the chat, add money by Pix, pay bills by boleto or Pix copy-and-paste, see balance and statement and withdraw to the company's own account — every outflow confirmed with a code sent to the owner's e-mail.
- “I want to open the company account in César.” Use this example →
- “How much is available in the Treasury?” Use this example →
- “Create a 2,000 Pix to add money to the account.” Use this example →
- “Pay this boleto: 23793.38128 60000.000003 00000.000000 1 00000000010000” Use this example →
- “Withdraw 500 to the company's account.” Use this example →
Payment account operated by Asaas. Only the owner submits the application, pays bills and withdraws.
Data sources
Upload the sales spreadsheet, the contract, the handbook — and ask in plain language. The answer comes with the math shown or the page cited, never unsupported.
- “How much did we bill in August, according to the sales spreadsheet?” Use this example →
- “What is the termination notice in the supplier contract?” Use this example →
- “Cross the targets with actuals per salesperson.” Use this example →
- “Define revenue as the sum of paid orders, excluding test ones.” Use this example →
Requires a spreadsheet or document connected under Data sources.
Company pages
The company's public page built by talking: menu, app catalogue, a contact form that becomes a record, and the WhatsApp attendant embedded. Members draft it; admins publish.
Tools
Connect the ERP, the CRM or any company API — via MCP, OpenAPI or by typing the endpoints — and César queries and drives those systems from the chat, asking before changing anything.
- “What is the status of order 4821 in the ERP?” Use this example →
- “Which tools can you call?” Use this example →
- “Open a support ticket for Ana's customer.” Use this example →
- “Check the stock for product SKU-778.” Use this example →
Requires a server connected under Tools, with its tools turned on.
Invoices
Issue NFS-e through the national standard straight from the chat, follow each invoice until it is authorized and cancel when needed — always with your confirmation first.
- “Issue a R$ 1,500 invoice to ACME, CNPJ 11.444.777/0001-61, for the September consulting.” Use this example →
- “Has the ACME invoice been authorized yet?” Use this example →
- “Which invoices were rejected this week, and why?” Use this example →
- “Cancel invoice 42: the amount was wrong.” Use this example →
Requires the issuer set up under Invoices, with an A1 certificate, a series and a tax profile.
Team
Build the company team from the conversation: invite, adjust roles, remove who left and see how much each person used this month.
Who did what
Everything that changes in the company is recorded with who did it: connections, charges, refunds, deliveries, team. Ask instead of digging.
